The Incite Focus Maker Professional Registered Apprenticeship Program trains persons at our Fab Lab with the knowledge and skills to operate a range of digital tools to become valuable makers/employees.

 

It is a front-loaded apprenticeship model in which apprentices go through approximately three months of makerspace based training.  Because digitized technology is so new, this model ensures that apprentices have basic skills before entering job placement - shortening the time needed for you to invest before an apprentice is productive and proficient. 

 

Our program teaches core competencies, which include both production knowledge and technical skills for on the job success.
